The process is simple. If you find a cheaper Bunk Campers motorhome for the same vehicle with the same travel dates on any other website, we will match the price you found.

We will try our best to match the price you found provided that:

✔ The alternative price is for the same Bunk Campers motorhome.

✔ The collection and return dates are the same.

✔ The collection and return locations are the same.

✔ The alternative price is valid and available to book.

✔ The alternative price is displayed and charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) for UK hires or Euros (EURs) for Dublin hires.

✔ The alternative price is advised to Bunk Campers no later than 24 hours after confirming your booking with us.

To request a price match, just email [email protected] with the following information:

• The name of the website where the same vehicle is cheaper.

• Full screenshot or email of the cheaper offer (including the date and time visited).

• The cost of the cheaper vehicle (including currency in which it will be charged)

• Your search criteria (dates/times/number of guests, destination/mileage included etc).

• Your name, email address and contact telephone number.

• Your Bunk Campers quote or booking reference (if you already have one).

✔ Our reservations team will verify the information and confirm if your price match has been successful within 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

• The Bunk Campers price match will be based on the initial quote only. The price match is non-negotiable.

• Bunk Campers will validate the alternative price before matching.

• The price match relates to the daily vehicle hire rate only. Charges for optional extras or relating to other standard fees and charges (for example, credit card administration fees, location fees, and public holiday surcharges) are excluded from the price match offer.

• The price match guarantee may not apply during peak periods or when you use coupons/vouchers or any other promotional offers on the alternative website.

• Bunk Campers will offer one price match per booking.

• Bunk Campers reserves the right to refuse price match requests if quotes and/or vehicle is deemed to not be the same or vehicle is booked under different terms and conditions.

• Price matching based on currency exchange rates may or may not apply, this is at our discretion.

• Bunk Campers reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer.

Found a similar motorhome on a competitors website?

We also offer price matches for competitors quotes. Although our price match guarantee is designed to ensure you get your preffered Bunk Campers motorhome at the best available price, if you have found a similar motorhome from a competitor, our team will try our best to apply our price match policy here too. It is not always possible, especially if it is not a comparable vehicle, or a model we don’t operate in our fleet but send the requested price match information and our motorhome experts will review your quote.
