  • What licence do I need to drive a campervan in Ireland?

To hire a campervan in the UK or Ireland, Driver(s) must hold a full valid manual driving licence for at least 24 months that entitles you to drive a European category B vehicle or equivalent up to 3500kg GMW. If your driving licence is not in English or issued in the UK or EEA or Switzerland, then an international driving licence is required. A certified translation may be accepted depending on the country where the original licence was issued.

  • What’s included in the rental price?

Insurance cover for one driver, unlimited mileage, kitchen box including kettle, 24-hour roadside assistance, water hose, hook-up cable and more!

  • How long does the gas last in the campervan?

This depends heavily on usage. When staying at campsites you can plug in, use electricity and recharge the leisure battery.  When you are plugged in at campsites you can use electricity for most vehicle services, except for the hob which is always powered by gas.  This way your gas should last much longer.
