You will get a partial gas bottle included in the rental, if you need more then swap your empty bottle at a campsite or garage. You must return the camper with the replacement bottle, but it does not need to be full.

For rentals more than 28 days away we charge a 30% non-refundable deposit. The balance is charged 28 days before the hire starts. If you are hiring within 28 days of booking, the full payment is charged.

If cancelled within 24 hours of booking: 100% of the total cost will be refunded. If cancelled more than 42 nights prior to the start of the Hire Period: 25% of the total hire cost or 100% of booking deposit (whichever is greater).

If cancelled 41 to 15 nights prior to the start of the Hire Period: 50% of the total hire cost; and if cancelled 14 nights or less prior to the start of the Hire Period, or no-show: 100% of the total hire cost.

No refund is available on any low-cost relocation deals.

We can’t postpone or transfer money from one hire to another. A £50/€60 administration fee on cancellations still applies as per Terms and Conditions.

This depends heavily on usage. When staying at campsites you can plug in, use electricity and recharge the leisure battery.  When you are plugged in at campsites you can use electricity for most vehicle services, except for the hob which is always powered by gas.  This way your gas should last much longer.

Our campers are not big enough to accommodate travel cots.

Only some of our motorhomes have an Isofix, but all campervans and motorhomes will have a 3-point seatbelt if your seat is compatible.

With Mystery Motorhomes, you have three different options Mystery 2, 4 or 6. All Mystery Motorhomes give you the opportunity to rent a 2, 4 or 6 berth motorhome and save on the overall rental cost.

Each Mystery Motorhome option will provide you with enough space, comfort and storage for your trip. The interior layout and sleeping arrangements vary between the models, so you can look forward to the surprise of unveiling itself on the day of pick up.

When you select our Mystery Vehicles, you will receive our choice of motorhome from either the Bunk Campers, Just go, or Apollo motorhome fleet.

You will receive any 2, 4, 5 or 6-berth motorhome from the Bunk Campers, Just go, or Apollo motorhome brands.

Unfortunately, we cannot request a specific model as it will be allocated on arrival based on availability. If you require a certain model then please book that category instead.
